Seeing is Believing’s Maternal Health Initiative is designed to help pregnant women in Cambodia access the healthcare system earlier in their pregnancy. Studies have shown that this leads to better outcomes, and more births with a trained birth attendant present.
The MHI includes:
- Perinatal education provided by trained professionals
- Training for physicians and midwives in Cambodia
- Materials and supplies for professionals to provide perinatal care
Donations to this fund help provide the educational materials and supplies to our providers in Cambodia. As a 100% volunteer-based organization, all contributions to this fund go directly to the MHI. We do not use your donations for administrative costs or overhead.
